The company was established in 1985. The head office in Taoyuan was founded by General Manager Mr. Huang Liaoquan. At present, the total number of employees is 150. The company is a professional agent for industrial adhesives, automatic dispensing equipment and industrial lubricating oils, and is also a leader in industrial adhesives in Taiwan.

The LETBOND industrial adhesive represented by our company is designated for use by TSMC, Ruineng, Asustek, Weichuang, Delta and other companies as well as major machinery and well-known electronic enterprises. In order to expand service and improve service quality, a branch was set up in Hsinchu in January 1994 to serve customers in the bamboo seedling area, and Hantai Impregnation Factory was set up in 1995 to serve the vast number of customers, at the beginning of 2000, Dongguan Luotai and Kunshan Luotai Branch were set up in Chang'an, Guangdong Province in the mainland respectively. Kunshan Hantai was set up in May 2004 and began production.
