One: characteristics

Excellent performance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, drug resistance, impact resistance, shock absorption, anti-corrosion, anti-fog and other good performance.

No solvent, low toxicity, small harm, no pollution. Wide range of uses, sealing, locking, holding, bonding, plugging, etc. can be stored and stable, and the storage period of the glue is generally three years.

 

Two: the use of methods

① Surface treatment

④ curing, generally 1 hour anaerobic adhesive can reach the use of strength, 24 hours to reach the maximum strength.

 

Three:Precautions

Anaerobic glue can not be used in metal, glass and other airtight containers, but need to use air permeability (low density polyethylene) containers, and can only hold 2/3 bottles at most.
The anaerobic adhesive should be stored in a cool, dry place, can not be exposed to the sun.
③ Suitable for bonding between metals, not suitable for plastic, wood, paper and other porous materials. For steel, copper and its alloys and other active metal surface bonding curing fast, high strength. For stainless steel, zinc, cadmium and other metal surface curing slow, low strength.

Anaerobic adhesives can cause stress cracks in some plastics, including many thermoplastics, such as ABS plastic and polycarbonate. If such an adhesive is used in a metal-to-metal assembly, and the assembly is in close proximity to a plastic part, the plastic part may be affected by spilled adhesive liquid or released moisture. If it is a compatible plastic, then anaerobic glue is not the best product to effectively lock and seal such plastics. In this case, cyanoacrylate adhesives are often used, provided that such adhesives meet other application parameters.

The curing conditions must meet the following two conditions: oxygen isolation, the gap generally requires <0.2mm; active initiation center, such as metal, accelerator.
⑤ If the adhesive force is too large during removal, the parts can be heated to 200~300 ℃ while being hot for removal; or they can be removed after being soaked in special scavenger or acetone for a long time.
