Screw pre-coated anti-loosening sealant is a special thread locking sealant, which is pre-coated on the thread surface and dried to form a layer of adhesive film with certain adhesion. When the assembly is locked, the adhesive film and the microcapsule are crushed to release the initiator and the adhesive liquid, which promotes the polymerization of the anaerobic adhesive monomer and fills the whole gap of the part where the thread is engaged. A thermosetting plastic with certain strength and toughness is formed, which can reliably lock and seal the thread engagement part. After curing, the performance is the same as that of liquid anaerobic adhesive.
