Non-contact spray valve
The spray valve is designed for accurate spraying of medium and low viscosity glue materials, and the external stroke control makes it easy to fine-tune the liquid flow. The overall control of the spray cycle is controlled by the TS500R controller to adjust the liquid flow and precise control of the pre-spray, atomizing air and post-spray.

Product Introduction
- The spray valve is designed for accurate spraying of medium and low viscosity glue materials, and the external stroke control makes it easy to fine-tune the liquid flow.
- The overall control of the spray cycle is controlled by the TS500R controller to adjust the liquid flow and precise control of the pre-spray, atomizing air and post-spray.
- Normal maintenance is very simple, only need to replace a sealing ring, do not have to stop maintenance.
- The cylinder and housing of TS5540 spray valve meet FDA 303 stainless steel construction standards.
- Field replaceable Delin®(POM) seat can provide positive pressure to close and can extend the service life.
- The compact design and easy-to-fit threaded connection holes facilitate integration with automation applications.
