Impregnating processing
Impregnation is the treatment operation of filling pores, preventing leakage and airtightness. "Impregnation" is to induce or pressurize organic resin (low viscosity and high solid) or inorganic silicate (sodium silicate) through (negative pressure) to force resin monomer (or sodium silicate melt) to penetrate into the material and solidify it to seal pores to achieve the purpose of airtightness (or other negative or improved characteristics). Why do we need impregnation treatment? Cast products (die casting, gravity casting, foundry, etc.) caused by molding nest holes, etc. Powder, etc. in sintering, accumulation or molding, such as large or small pores in the air tightness or external sand skin pinholes formed by the trouble.
