MRS-1100 A consists of a convection tool, a preheater and an adjustable tool holder with a separate board holder to create a manual assisted rework system. The system is also equipped with a series of suction nozzles for a variety of different applications.
Equipped with standard functions such as programmability, digital display, and program storage for up to 50 curves, the system is not only versatile, but also easy and efficient to operate. At the same time, there are a variety of circuit board brackets and accessories to choose from, so that the system can handle a variety of sizes of PCB board.
The MRS-1100A can be configured to operate at a fixed temperature using the embedded analysis function, or choose four-zone programming. The device also facilitates temperature control at the time of heat output (internal) or on the board (external). The "external" control function uses a thermocouple, which can be attached to the board or to the component.
