Each handle has a wide range of tips to choose from for different tip geometries and temperatures. The following handles are compatible with existing MX-500 and MX-5200 systems as well as the original MX-500 and MX-5000 system.

All upgrade kits include a handle and a soldering iron holder.
MX-TALON-01 upgrade kits are also available for MX-500 series. These include the original MX-TALON handle and WST soldering iron holder.
The TALON handle can only be used with the TATC tip.
