Permatex®Detector-safe and temperature-resistant RTV silicone gasket sealant
The product has low volatility and is suitable for detector structures. It is a high temperature resistant red 26BR reinforced version that can initially generate strong and elastic rubber that is resistant to cold and hot temperature cycles without shrinking, cracking and moving. The interstitial temperature ranges from -65 °F to 650 °F (-54°C to 343°C). A gap of 0.25 inches can be filled when fully cured. Recommended applications: sealing panels, window frames, high temperature oven doors with air holes.
